Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your H-E Fitness subscription. Vicente's project offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first-time purchases and to renewals where you haven't materially used the Service in the new billing period.

How to request a refund

Payments for H-E Fitness are processed by our reseller Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are handled by Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, then submit a refund request; or
  • Contact us in-app via the support screen and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Please include your order ID (from the receipt email Paddle sent you) and a brief reason for the refund so we can improve the Service.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in the app, or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for a period already paid. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.

Free trial

New accounts include a 30-day free trial of premium access with no card required. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, your account remains free-tier — no charge, no refund needed.

Chargebacks

If you have a payment issue, please contact us or Paddle first — it's usually the fastest way to resolve. Initiating a chargeback may result in your account being suspended until the dispute is resolved.
